Dr. D. Zeldin

Dr. Zeldin has been practising Family Medicine at Yorkview Medical Centre since 2013. He is originally from Toronto and attended medical school at St. George’s University in Grenada, West Indies. He completed his Family Practice residency at Christiana Care Health System in the US and then went on to complete additional training in Sport and Exercise Medicine in London, Ontario, at the Fowler Kennedy Sport Medicine Clinic. His current practice includes Family Medicine at Yorkview Medical Centre and Sport and Exercise Medicine at Athlete’s Care - Empress Walk. Additionally, he works as an attending physician at Cummer Lodge Long Term Care Home and as a Surgical Assistant at Humber River Hospital. He also teaches both medical students and family practice residents regularly in his role as Lecturer at the University of Toronto. His administrative duties include sitting on the Family Practice Executive committee at Humber River Hospital as well as the Primary Care committee for the North Western Toronto Ontario Health Team. Dr. Zeldin’s interests outside of work include personal fitness, hockey, golf, and skiing.
